May Madness: Pox, Poo and the Power of Play Mats
If I had to sum up May in one word, it would be: chaotic! If I had to sum it up in three? Chicken pox, potty training and coffee.
This month, I earned several unofficial titles: nurse, nap-time negotiator, poo patrol officer, business owner, and full-time project manager - often all at once. Yes, friends, we hit peak parenting madness.
Potty Training & Napisan on Repeat

Double Chicken Pox, Double Trouble
As if that wasn’t enough, both kids came down with chicken pox - of course, thoughtfully spaced two weeks apart so I could stretch the sick days and sleepless nights right across the month. Add in the juggling act of running Trek Tots, managing my full-time job, and somehow protecting at least a shred of my mental wellbeing… it’s been a ride.
Thankfully, I managed to sneak in a few long-overdue catchups with some incredible boss ladies - and wow, did I need it. There’s just something about being surrounded by other women building businesses and raising little people that fills my cup in a way nothing else can. Connection really is everything.
I also had the pleasure of chatting on the Bring Your Product to Life podcast this month - and it was such a joy to reminisce on how far we’ve come in our Trek Tots journey so far. If you're ever in need of inspiration from other product-based business owners, definitely give it a listen!
